Before the meeting, the investor sends a dimensioned plan of the property and specifies the scope of changes they would like to discuss. Depending on the complexity of the interior layout, it is possible to develop a new functional layout proposal within one hour.

Project Stages

1. Meeting

The initial meeting is a crucial moment during which we establish contact with the client, understand their expectations, discuss the general goals of the project, as well as aesthetic and functional preferences. We set the budget, taking into account the client’s financial expectations. We determine the project schedule so that the client is aware of the subsequent steps.

2. Inventory

We conduct a detailed inventory of the space where the project will be implemented. We prepare a 2D plan and a 3D model of the existing condition.

3. Design

We create a comprehensive design that aligns with the established budget and schedule. The design includes:
  • A 2D functional layout based on the inventory or documentation provided by the developer.
  • A stylistic/material concept based on the selected functional layout, presented in a 3D model and visualizations.
  • Project documentation for pricing: general construction drawings, wall views separately for the construction sector, for the electrician, for the plumber, carpentry drawings, and complete guidelines for the execution of each equipment element depending on the interior concept that will be approved (glazier, steel element manufacturer, etc.).
  • A cost estimate containing a list of equipment and pricing from trusted contractors.
  • Consultations and agreements with specialists.
  • Executive project documentation containing changes made after consultations with contractors.

4. Implementation

We coordinate contractors. If necessary, we agree on tenant changes with the developer. We supervise the progress of renovation work. We inform the client about progress, support them, and solve problems that arise during the project implementation. After completing the work, we conduct a final verification to ensure that the end result meets the investor’s expectations.
